When do I get my ticket numbers?

As soon as your payment has been successfully confirmed, your ticket numbers appear in your account and can also be included in your email receipt.

Is there a free entry option?

Yes. We provide a free entry route for each competition. See the Free Entry page for details.

Where can I see my entries?

Log in and visit My Account to view your orders, ticket numbers and active entries.

How are winners selected?

Winners are selected from valid entries after the competition closes. Recent results can be displayed on the Results and Winners pages.

Can I reset my password?

Yes. Use the forgot password page and we will send a secure reset link to your email address.

Are payments secure?

Yes. Payments are processed securely by Stripe and paid entries are only created after payment succeeds.
